So today I actually took the day off from exercise because I was sore beyond belief this morning. Believe me I really wanted to go to spin class but I honestly can’t even walk without cringing with pain. And trying to sit down is a temporary feeling of hell. Buut, tomorrow I am DEFINITELY going to work out, I feel like shite just sitting around doing nothing. Should of done some yoga or something but alas, I am a lazy person. At least I’ve been more on top of what I’m eating, I’m slowly getting back to my good habits about what I put into my mouth :)
